Key Responsibilities: Manage the analytical department, researching and developing techniques, and performing analytical work as directed.Maintain profitability within the department.Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and programs, adhere to safety guidelines, and initiate corrective actions when required.Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure efficient laboratory operations.Requirements: Formal qualification in Chemistry (Bachelor of Science).Experience in a minerals laboratory is preferred.Leadership experience and strong safety mindset.Customer focus, familiarity with geoanalytical processing principles, and computer literacy skills.Strong Communication and Leadership Skills.This role offers more than building a resume—it's a chance to leave your mark.
