If so, you may be the perfect fit for a role in AGO's Information and Records Management branch.GE&E Business Enabling Services Directorate is seeking motivated APS 4 staff (multiple vacancies with strong career progression opportunities) to fill several roles in the Information and Records Management (IRM) team.The successful candidate will learn tasks relating to record keeping applications Objective (OBJ) and Content Manager (CM), as well as assisting with mail services, record and information requests, digitising records, registering records, and other IRM business duties as required.This opportunity affords you the ability to grow your skills to include Content Manager and Objective application skills and to be part of a team creating a positive and important impact on the organisation.

You will play a key role in ensuring AGO compliance with legislation and in identifying and protecting AGO's high-value records, directly contributing to the success of our AGO mission.Our Ideal CandidateInformation and Records management is a key function within Defence, and our Information Management Officers play a vital role in promoting and influencing a shared civilian/military commitment to the strategic direction of Defence.
The Information Management Officer role is a position of trust and discretion.
It is crucial that individuals are professional, highly organised, and possess strong communication skills.Candidates will be energised to learn new skills with an open and interested outlook.
You will bring a natural ability to manage your time, prioritise your work, and have a high level of attention to detail.

All necessary records management-related training will be provided.
