Reporting to our Brand Manager, this role is all about social content and execution.
With a focus on brand and community nurturing/building, the role requires an experienced marketer to set the social media and content direction and follow it through to execution in collaboration with the in-house design team, videographer, content production team, and various marketing channel specialists to see our social media come to life.
ResponsibilitiesDevelopment and execution of the social media content strategy with a huge focus on hyper-growth and brand/community building.Create and manage the social media content plan and manage the team's execution across relevant social media platforms.Collaborate and brief the Creative Team and Athlete Marketing Team to create, source, and build original, engaging and relevant content for each social media platform.Strategise athlete collaboration content pieces which add value to our community ensuring the embracement of EHPlabs athletes on our social channels.
(Specifically YouTube, IGTV, Facebook)Analyse the market, competitors and audience providing actionable insights.Analyse and optimise social media marketing channels, the social media strategies of our competitors, and implement any new, creative and engaging ways that EHP can market across social media.Collaborate with the Paid Social Media Performance Marketing Team and direct them in respect of the content (photos, videos, GIFs) that resonates with our community and performs well organically on our social media platforms.Mentor and manage tasks and performance of Social Media Coordinator and Campaign & Marketing Specialist, and any other junior social media team mates (eg, interns).Marketing project management and task scheduling via task management system (Asana).Measure and report on the performance of the social media team members.Regular weekly and monthly reporting on all key metrics and KPIs to internal stakeholders.Reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely alongside our Athlete & Partnerships Manager, Director of Digital and E-Comm, and our CEO.Minimum QualificationsMarketing degree or related qualification.At least 3 years hands-on marketing experience.Strong understanding of consumer psychology and behaviour, as well as brand building through storytelling.An interest and passion for the health and fitness industry.Possess strong influencing skills and be entrepreneurial by nature.Strong attention to detail and a highly organised team player.Articulate in both written and verbal communication.Demonstrated skill in project management, collaborating and communicating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.We're looking for someone who is proactive and who can work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
You'll be solutions oriented, comfortable working in a highly collaborative environment and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
