What does the job look like?
Take your career to new heights with BevChain in a key senior leadership position, working with one of our major brand partners.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to drive both business growth and professional advancement.
As the National Operations Manager for one of BevChain's major brand clients, you will oversee the strategic direction, safety, and compliance of national operations.
Your mission will be to meet the company's service, delivery, quality, and financial goals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key areas:
Lead Safety and Sustainability Initiatives: Implement strategies with a hands-on approach, prioritizing safety and environmental sustainability.
Drive Operational and Commercial Success: Achieve business objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance service delivery and fuel business growth.
Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate your team to drive positive outcomes and maintain high performance.
Optimise Productivity and Efficiency: Maximise resource use and operational productivity while maintaining cost control.

You can demonstrate:
Management Experience in Warehousing and Transport Operations (Bulk, Shuttle, and Route): Proven track record of excellence in safety, operations, and financial performance across various transport modes.
Proven Ability to Lead and Build Teams: Skilled in team leadership, with the ability to develop and grow high-performing teams.
Strong Influencing Skills with Coaching and Mentoring Capabilities: Able to guide and inspire your team to achieve their best.
Action-Oriented and Results-Driven: Focused on delivering tangible outcomes and meeting business goals.
Leadership and Performance Management: A history of driving organisational performance and leading teams to success.
Strong Commercial Acumen: Ability to consistently deliver positive financial and operational outcomes.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, coupled with a commitment to producing quality reports.
