Ideal Candidate Criteria:
Proven sales experience in the truck industry Strong customer relations skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies In-depth understanding of the truck market and industry trends Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet targets within our PMA Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Ensure adherence to sales processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction Collaborate with finance, spare parts, and service departments to meet customer needs Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in truck sales with a proven sales record Excellent time management, communication, and negotiation skills Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building capabilities Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Comprehensive knowledge of the heavy vehicle industry, including product knowledge and market trends Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What We Offer for the right applicant:
