This role will be based in one of our AU offices (hybrid) in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.The Payroll division's purpose is to make it easier for small business owners and their advisors to pay and manage their people. We take the complexity out of Payroll for employers to save them time and ensure that their employees are paid correctly.We are looking for a Team Lead - Engineering to join us and lead two pods of talented engineers. Working together with Lead Engineers, Product Managers and Designers, you will be responsible for engineering performance and delivery, building high performing teams who build and maintain it right whilst delivering efficiently. You will achieve this by growing your people into awesome Xeros, fostering a culture of teamwork and promoting excellent engineering and delivery practices.This is a high impact role leading two pods working in the heart of the Payroll product on critical customer jobs.
