This pivotal leadership role is central to the success of La Trobe's Make Your Impact Campaign , aimed at fostering transformative change through community engagement and philanthropy.

What You'll Do
Lead and manage a front-line fundraising team of eight, guiding initiatives that align with La Trobe's strategic vision.
Oversee a portfolio of 50-70 major and principal gift donors, focusing on transformative philanthropic partnerships.
Collaborate closely with senior University leaders and the broader Advancement team to drive campaign success.
Provide leadership in cultivating a supportive and innovative team culture.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in major gift fundraising at the $500,000+ level.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing performance and development in teams.
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Deep understanding of fundraising principles and advancement program management in complex organizations.
A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in fundraising or a related field.
