You Can Do FIT is a women's-only outdoor training facility based in Innaloo, offering a range of group fitness classes and personal training sessions.
Our workouts are fun, positive, and judgment-free.
We focus on being supportive and encouraging, catering to many clients who don't feel comfortable or enjoy the gym environment and struggle to find the time to prioritize their well-being.
We foster a welcoming community where every woman is encouraged to work at her own pace, regardless of fitness level, while still achieving meaningful results.
We are growing substantially and are seeking enthusiastic trainers to join our supportive community and help women improve their health and well-being
About the Role
We're seeking energetic and approachable Group/Personal Trainers to lead our outdoor fitness classes.
This role offers set hours for early morning and/or evening sessions, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their existing work commitments or for a parent looking for work that fits around family life.
As a trainer, you'll just be required to lead your class and then be free to go about your day - no additional admin or hours required.
Our top priority is delivering a high quality of service to our community.
We are looking for trainers who genuinely care about understanding our clients and are committed to listening and adapting to their individual needs.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Plan, set up, instruct, and pack away for 45-minute training sessions.
Listen to clients and take into consideration individual needs & feedback.
Adapt exercises to suit a variety of fitness levels, including accommodating injuries or specific client needs.
Be approachable and available for clients to seek advice or ask questions.
Welcome and engage with new clients, and ensure the general public feels comfortable around our sessions when they are walking past.
Be able to adapt pre-planned sessions due to weather.

Skills & Experience Required
Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Personal Training) or higher level of education Current First Aid and CPR certifications Pre and Post Natal certificates Public Liability Insurance Must live in, or near, Innaloo (Northern suburbs) A passion for helping clients achieve their goals is essential.
