This creates a win-win for consumers, members, and suppliers.About the roleDue to internal promotion, our team in Brisbane is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance of our software releases, ensuring they are robust, bug-free, and meet high standards for IPA and Know it All (KIA) clients. This role emphasises a high degree of automation in testing and regression testing to ensure smooth, reliable software deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Testing Management: Organise resources, set priorities, and align the QA process with release cycles.Automation & Test Coverage: Achieve and maintain high test coverage (minimum 80%) and ensure comprehensive testing across all new developments and updates.Hands-on Testing: Participate actively in testing processes, gaining an in-depth understanding of software functionalities from both user and design perspectives.Participate in the manual process of testing new features and fixes.Creation and maintenance of automated testing.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.5+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in a lead role.Proficient in automation frameworks, manual testing, and continuous integration tools.Strong problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.Proficiency with automated testing tools like Playwright or similar frameworks.Experience in API testing using tools such as Postman and JMeter.Strong working knowledge of SQL for effective data validation and testing.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
