As part of our continued growth, we have a new opportunity for a driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Project Coordinator to work in the areas of client management, supplier contracts, project delivery, and post-project activities.
Tasks & Responsibilities: Client relationship management - ensuring timely follow-up and response.Supplier quoting, contract negotiation, and procurement.Pre-start project activities (including job setup, permits, authorities, insurances).Administration support to the Project Manager and onsite teams.Assisting with issue resolution and escalation.Supporting multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications & Experience: Must have successfully completed a Diploma of Building & Construction and/or a Bachelor of Construction Management.Sound understanding of construction practices.Excellent administration, communication, and IT skills.Previous experience in domestic building will be highly regarded.Join the team and become part of the APC Build family.
