Inventory Officer | Full Time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday
Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inventory Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative operations team in Wetherill Park, Sydney.
In this role, you will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory and ensuring timely processing in the system of all information relating to Distribution Centre (DC) stock, including stock movements and deliveries.
Day to Day you will:
Maintain and continually develop the cycle counting system for all warehouse inventories Monitor and improve the Goods Inward System (WMS) Manage DC stock transfer program across ANZ Manage inbound and import time slot booking Verify and communicate to responsible stakeholders in relation to Quality Inspection Procedures (QIP) and receiving variances Maintain inventory register for on hold, out of rotation and short shelf-life products Conduct regular cycle counts Weekly and monthly stocktaking Encourage and drive a culture of engagement and continuous improvement within the workplace About You:
Demonstrated inventory experience, ideally within a similar role in either a Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and/or Transport industry Ability to build and foster long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders Intermediate IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Training and Development:
