What you'll do
Lead and manage your team (up to 25 team members) to success across safety, operational, people, customer and financial performance.
Engage and develop your people using proven leadership strategies.
Lead with a positive and inclusive outlook, strengthening the culture of the team.
Continually educate and empower your people to work to the highest safety standards.
Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement.
Manage the day-to-day operations, adapting to the ever-changing environment.
What you'll bring
Proven track record of leading, coaching, and nurturing teams to deliver results.
Exceptional planning and problem-solving skills, prioritising and managing multiple tasks effortlessly.
In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Distribution Centre Operations, and warehouse management systems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic needs of the business, embracing change with open arms.
Demonstrated resilience in meeting challenging targets and timeframes, and role modelling determination.
