Your Role:Lead the Civil and Infrastructure division, building on existing success while identifying new opportunities for growth.Drive client engagement and deliver tailored recruitment solutions across a thriving sector.Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants to support the division's objectives.Share market insights and strategic guidance with clients and the broader team.Work closely with the Director to align the division's success with the overall business strategy.
