The Role:As Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key responsibilities include:Providing general administrative support to our small team.Assisting in managing and organizing office operations and procedures.Handling incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel and ensuring prompt responses.Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.Key Skills and Requirements:Proximity to West Gosford, NSW, ensuring timely arrival at 7:30 AM start times.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Reckon Accounting software (highly desirable).Possession of a valid driver's license and access to personal transport.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication abilities in clear English.Proven experience in an administrative role or office management is preferred.Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
