In support of our strategic priority of Indigenous Australian success, Aboriginal Australians and Torres Strait Islander people who are not QUT staff are also eligible and encouraged to apply.Who are we looking for?We are seeking a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join the School of Design, Faculty of Creative Industries, Education and Social Justice.
The research fellow will manage the project and conduct research that requires an overview of the whole project, for example, meta-analysis of the data.
They should have a strong background in data analysis but may come from the fields of design, HCI, psychology, or intergenerational or related research, and may be involved in PhD supervision relevant to their expertise.
This position reports to the Lead CI Professor Thea Blackler for career planning, development, and performance expectations.

What you need to succeedCompletion or near completion of a PhD in a relevant discipline or closely awarded fieldOrganisational and team management skillsUnderstanding of design process and TEI prototypingAcademic writing expertise and a track record of recent and relevant publications.Demonstrated people skills, proven ability to recruit participants to the project and retain them over the course of longitudinal studiesData analysis, including use of appropriate software for cleaning and coding data, statistics and visualisationLife at QUTWe're committed to building a culture that fosters connection between people and purpose.
