The Position:
In this role, you will be supporting a busy Property Management department and servicing an immaculately maintained portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
Organizing and attending open for inspections and responding to property inquiries Processing applications and reference checking tenants Liaising with landlords and tenants Coordinating repairs and maintenance and liaising with tradespeople Assisting with ingoing/outgoing and routine inspections and preparing condition reports Managing lease negotiations and sign-ups The Person:
The ideal candidate will be switched on, full of initiative, and eager to progress their Property Management career.
A current Certificate of Registration is essential as well as a reliable car and valid driver's license.
You will also possess:
Strong written & verbal communication skills High attention to detail An optimistic attitude Exceptional time management & organizational skills The ability to work well under pressure A high standard of personal presentation
