GENERAL MANAGER SERVICE DELIVERY (EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND OPERATIONS)Our client is an iconic Western Australian For-Purpose organisation focused on creating employment opportunities, pathways and training for people with disability.

The Role Having experienced significant growth in their employment services, this newly created role will bring together 3 teams and deliver a diverse range of employment services ensuring both commercial and social impact objectives are achieved.
These include Customised, Open and Supported Employment, School Leaver Education Supports (SLES), Trainees, Work Experience, Mentoring and Operations (provision of services).
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the executive and leadership teams to ensure programs and services are delivered in line with the needs of the participants, the General Manager Service Delivery will be responsible for developing and implementing growth business plans and targets, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and leading a team to deliver shared goals with a focus on innovation and excellence.
About You You will be a strategic thinking leader with a track record of shaping and driving service delivery strategies by your collaborative leadership style.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage through complexity and drive continuous improvement.
In addition, you will be skilled at combining commercial acumen with a passion for creating lasting social impact on both individual lives and communities.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving our client's mission to empower individuals with disabilities through employment opportunities.
