To learn more, visit www.sealedair.com.What does a Production Clerk do?Sealed Air Australia is looking for a motivated and experienced Production Clerk to provide administration support to all Supply Chain team members at the Fawkner site.Key responsibilities are:Collate log sheets for all Work Centre and calculate Machine Time, using SymPLE data entry.Goods Issue of Material, computing machine time, setup time and downtime.Warehouse movements bin to bin in SAP.Write Off Converting Stock in Sorting Bins.Run Reports For PCNF/DLV Jobs Not Confirmed Properly.Run Reports for Goods Receipts VS Goods Made.Clear Missing Material from Bins RTS PRNT, RTS CONV, 9P1, 9PC.Assist Store 6 With Missing Material Issues.Place Purchasing Orders for Required Goods – COUPA, SAP, Credit Card - Look for Best Options Cost Savings.Goods Receipts Purchased Orders once goods arrive.Assist With Stock Take Issue – Missing Materials, ETC.Send Weekly Casual Timesheets to Recruitment Agency.Scrap data entry from log sheets.Weekly variance report discrepancy corrections and reconciliation.Maintain and confirm all Production Orders.Review Cost Analysis and Highlight Large Variances.Update and Maintain Weekly Variance Report (BI).Month-end Processing – ensure all Production Closed.Maintain Production Bin Locations within Department.ETQ administrative support.Shuttle processing of outgoing goods to 3PL Back up.Accounting Support.Production and Inventory Clerk Back up.What are we looking for in you?Prior experience in an office administration/support role.Sufficient experience to be able to learn SAP transactions.Sufficient in SymPLE Data Entry.What are our core values?Integrity.Determined.Why work at SEE?We have a very diverse and inclusive culture.We invest in developing our people.
