We are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator to join our close-knit HR team.
This role involves providing proactive and efficient coordination support to the HR team, with a focus on executing HR administration processes, supporting employee life cycle activities, and generating reports.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including preparing employment contracts, initiating onboarding, and processing resignations/terminations.

Maintain HR administration trackers and spreadsheets.

Update the internal company portal with HR information and assist with Workday reporting, system maintenance, and data integrity.

Support learning and development administration, including record-keeping and event coordination.

Your perfect blend of Talent
Experience in a coordination/administrative role, preferably within a HR function.

Demonstrated experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite.

Able to work autonomously and effectively within a team.
