Reporting into the General Manager, Transactions you will be responsible for the delivery of modelling, due diligence, process improvements and analysis related to transactional activity, with a focus on alternative assets.You will make an impact by:Undertaking valuation and development modelling ensuring accurate cash flows, forecasts and market assumptionsAssisting with the preparation of internal approval papers for Investment CommitteesProviding due diligence support through transactional activityMonitoring and reporting on market transaction activityAbout YouThe ideal candidate will bring circa 3-5 years' experience in an analytical capacity across valuations, developments, funds management or capital transactions. You'll demonstrate strong commercial acumen with strengths in financial analysis and drawing insights from data and numbers.
