Sales - Outbound (Call Centre & Customer Service) We're a high-performance dental advertising agency seeking a rockstar Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves converting inbound inquiries into in-clinic appointments for our clients. We're looking for someone who is driven, personable, and laser-focused on results. You'll need:
Exceptional people skills to make patients feel safe, heard, and supported.Top-tier appointment-setting and sales ability (if you don't have prior experience, that's okay, as long as you're very eager to learn and coachable).Relentless organisation and proactivity to manage leads and scheduled calls efficiently, whilst always thinking about ways in which we can improve our patients' experience.What You'll Be Doing: Speaking with warm, inbound leads over the phone (no cold calling).Making patients feel comfortable while answering questions and explaining dental services (no prior dental knowledge needed—we'll train you).Scheduling in-person appointments for leads at our clients' dental practices.Following up with cold leads to nurture them into booking appointments.Updating and maintaining CRM systems with 100% accuracy.Providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.Always delivering an elite level of customer service and professionalism.What We Expect: A+ verbal communication skills and the ability to genuinely connect with patients over the phone.Confidence to handle objections, ask the tough questions, and close appointments.Supreme accountability—own your results and outcomes.Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset—identify problems and fix them without waiting to be asked.Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus, but coachability and drive are non-negotiable.Our Culture: We're not a typical company.
