Job DescriptionAs a Staff Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing complex software solutions.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive architectural decisions to enhance our products and services.
What you'll do: Support the team to plan and prioritise work in agile SprintsContribute to software architecture and solution designCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise technical solutionsLead and assist with planning the development of technical solutions from concept to launchEnsure the team's SLOs are being monitored and metStay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologiesQualificationsWhat you'll bring: 7+ years of professional experience in software development2+ years in a technology focused leadership roleStrong software architecture and solution design skillsExperience with Azure Cloud ServicesExperience with event-driven microservice architecturesExperience in Real-time Payments and NPP (New Payments Platform)Experience with agile software development methodologies (e.g.
