Your responsibilities will include:Keg Fill & Customer Service LeadershipLead by example in providing top-notch customer service and handling keg fills, from cleaning and purging to filling and customer handoff.Inspire our crew to share their beer knowledge and create a welcoming, unforgettable experience.Team ManagementOversee and organize our keg fillers and bar staff, coordinating rosters and shifts for both locations.Provide training, mentoring, and support to keep the team on top of their keg-filling and customer service game.Operations & BudgetingKeep both locations running smoothly by managing budgets, setting goals, and optimizing supplies and inventory.Coordinate closely with our brewing team to ensure a steady flow of fresh Campus beers.Events & Venue BuildingPlan and execute brewery events that bring the community together, from keg fill promotions to beer tastings, tap takeovers, and live performances.Build venue initiatives that enhance the customer experience and create buzz around both locations.About You:Experienced Leader: You've managed people, schedules, and budgets before, ideally in a bar, hospitality, or brewing environment.Craft Beer Enthusiast: You know (and love) the ins and outs of craft beer, from Kölsch to IPAs, and you're always eager to learn more.Keg Confident: Knowledge of keg handling, filling, and cleaning is a big plus, and you're happy to roll up your sleeves alongside the team.Event & Community Builder: You're excited to create events and initiatives that bring customers back and build brand loyalty.Organized and Adaptable: You handle multi-location oversight with ease, keeping everything running smoothly and customers happy.If you're ready to lead the Campus Brewing crew across two venues and set the standard for craft beer keg fills in WA, apply now to make an impact with us
