The Company prides itself on being a progressive employer with a supportive culture.Located at the Head Office in , we are seeking to employ an ambitious and proactive Chief Financial Officer with outstanding skills and abilities to work as part of the team in achieving company goals and vision.Reporting to the General Manager and Directors, your new role will involve a view of continuously streamlining and integrating business processes.You will also have the responsibility for managing and producing monthly management reports and ensuring financial budgets obligations are met.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and manage efficient cash flow practises and budgetingMeet the daily operating requirements of the businessPreparation of monthly financial reportsLead preparation of annual budgets. Review/prepare reports/presentations as required.Conduct efficient reviews and advise on appropriate strategies to achieve improved resultsPreparation of modelling for financial forecastingLead to ensure strong communication of roles, responsibilities and expectationsSkills and QualificationsPersonal integrity. Be a proactive problem solverThrough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and proceduresYou must be driven, ambitious, with the ability to think on your feetProficiency with Microsoft Office, advanced in ExcelPrevious experience in Business intelligence toolsWhat we offerCompetitive remuneration packageIf you think you have the skills and experience to succeed in this role, we would love to hear from you.
