Working within a strength-based, trauma-informed framework, the Homeless Outreach Team Mental Health Clinician will provide culturally appropriate mental health assessment, brief intervention, referral and care planning to people experiencing or at risk of homelessness by the provision of outreach mental health clinics in local homelessness services.
They will also provide outreach mental health care and support to people who sleep rough in the City of Sydney LGA.
Clients are assisted to access mainstream and specialist healthcare to improve their health and wellbeing outcomes.The position is permanent, full time, Monday – Friday.
There will be occasional early start times.

The Mental Health Clinician will possess a passion for collaborative, culturally safe, and person-centred care.
