United by a passion for bringing fresh food and great experiences to our customers every day, our 'Best in, Better out' mentality guides our decisions and puts customers at the heart of all we do.What you'll doAs the Senior Facilities Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and operational management of all facilities-related activities across the assigned Woolworths group portfolio of stores.
You will lead a very large and diverse team of Facilities Managers, Technicians, proactive services teams and contractors of around 600 across the group.Lead the team to be proactive, responsive, and efficient in line with our Facilities Maintenance Strategy by fostering an environment of customer-firstTake accountability for the growth and development of the team, ensuring the right capability is recruited and developed, development plans are in place and ongoing day to day management.Develop and execute a zone plan that aligns with the State and businessSupport the budget management to achieve agreed financial targets and have a positive zone P&L.Develop plans to support New Stores, Renewals, and Projects that impact your portfolio.Align work procedures with business energy-saving initiativesWork closely with Operations and Group Managers in your respective zones to understand their business objectives, drive results and support storesWhat you'll bringA minimum of 3 years experience in a similar roleExperience managing and leading change and business initiatives.Experience leading geographically dispersed and multi-site teams.Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.Proven coaching and people leadership experience at scale, with the ability to motivate and develop others.What you'll experienceIn addition to this exciting role, these are some of the benefits we offer:An attractive remuneration package including "Tool of Trade Car"Amazing team member benefits, worth around $5,000 - $7,000 per annum in savingsThe opportunity to collaborate with some of the brightest and best minds in Australia across our brandsAn exciting career - as our business grows, so do the opportunities for our peopleRoles to be based in Brisbane, Gold Coast or TownsvilleEveryone belongs at Woolworths GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realizing our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
