We are looking for the next valued member to join the team as an Administration Assistant to assist us on a part-time basis.
About The Role...
You will be working alongside experienced mortgage brokers, delivering exceptional customer service, following up on client inquiries and supporting the broker.
The role requires high attention to detail, speedy delivery and professional client interaction.
You will need to be able to prioritise well and manage your daily schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
In this role, you will also be responsible for :
Liaising regularly with the Mortgage Broker, lenders, solicitors, clients and other third parties during the application process Assistance in lodgement of loan applications Ensuring all documents are received from clients and coordinating with clients & other parties for any missing documents Follow up with lenders to ensure smooth progress of the application Signing loan documents with the clients Sending out credit guides & diary management Phone and diary management Management of email inbox when required Provide other administrative support where required About You...
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes :
