About the position This position leads the development of integrated school planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting practices, K-12 for NSW public schools.

Key Application Responses Teaching qualifications and successful teaching experience within the K-12 range Demonstrated understanding of the professional standards and accreditation processes and capacity to coordinate accreditation processes with staff Excellent liaison, negotiation, conflict resolution and team building skills across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated outstanding written and oral communication and interpersonal skills and the capacity to apply these to a wide range of reports, submissions and strategic planning Proven successful experience in developing programs which harness ICTs to improve student outcomes Demonstrated high level capacity to initiate, develop, evaluate and coordinate planning, monitoring and reporting practices to drive improvement Significant experience and demonstrated achievement in innovative and successful development and implementation of professional learning services for schools Proven ability to plan, implement, manage, monitor and evaluate educational programs, provisions and resources Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education Demonstrated capacity to lead staff in implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
