Altrad's multidisciplinary services range from engineering and technical services to maintenance, access solutions and specialised services for industry leaders.About the roleWorking on a major turnaround event, with works confirmed until the end of 2025, Altrad is seeking experienced and technically proficient Insulation Supervisors to join our team.
Whilst integrated with the broader leadership team, you will oversee the successful execution of insulation works.With FIFO positions from any capital city in Australia, with a 19:9 roster.
Your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Delivering and maintaining high standards of work whilst carrying out the duties of this role in line with project and Altrad values to achieve long-term success.Safe conduct of all work undertaken by the workforce and fully understand safety and quality requirements.Ensure the personnel carrying out the work understands the work requirements and that work instructions, safety instructions and/or quality documentation are supplied, understood, and complied with by the work group.Organise and manage labor within the direct work group.Supervise the work teams and ensure that all work is completed safely, on schedule and to required quality and client specifications.About youA minimum of 5 years' experience in a Supervisor role, preferably in energy, mining and/or construction industry.Relevant Trade Qualification, preferably in Sheet Metal Fabrication - Desirable.Insulation Inspection Qualifications are highly desirable i.e., CINI or ICorr - Desirable.Good communicator with the ability to positively influence a team.Strong leadership, mentoring and people management skills.Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.Why you should work for AltradWe provide the benefits you'd expect from a global company, but what makes us different?Our Opportunities: Embark on a thrilling journey with us, tackling diverse and exciting challenges on some of the world's most prominent resources, energy, and infrastructure projects.Our Vibrant Culture: Immerse yourself in a dynamic atmosphere where problem-solving is a way of life.
