Plumbing Estimator

Instyle Plumbing specializes in the retail and commercial sectors, completing new and refurbishment projects for many respectable clients such as Woolworths, Coles, McDonald's, Storage King, and NSW Government.
We are looking for an estimator to join our team based in our office in Taren Point, working closely with our current head estimator and project managers.
We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate with plenty of potential to progress in the business.
Responsibilities:Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and future projects.Ensure timely completion of estimates.Understand scope of works.Work closely with Senior Estimator.Obtain quotes from suppliers/sub-contractors and negotiate prices.Analyze plans and specs to prepare precise budget costs.Maintain meticulous records of estimates and pricing data using our project management software, simPRO.Assist in the preparation of construction budgets for the project team.Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.Assist the Senior Estimator with design drawings.Maintain polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail.Potential for some work to be completed from home for the right candidate.How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights.
