We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Lismore team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:
Internal sales procedures and counter service to our valued customers;Providing a high level of customer service;Assisting in the management of stock;General warehousing duties as required;Operation of the forklift, including picking and packing;Adhering to operational health and safety requirements.What will make you successful? To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:
Ability to build relationships with trade customers;A current forklift license or willingness to undertake this (company funded);Ability to maintain safe working environments for yourself, your team members, and customers;Effective communication skills to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded;A driver's license.If this sounds like a role that you're interested in, we would love to hear from you.
