RoleWe are looking for the best MSP-specialised Field Services technician in New South Wales. In this role you will:
Provide onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Sydney.Be involved in occasional project work to deploy solutions.Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking, and other IT equipment.Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas.Work with highly experienced Engineers and Technical Account Managers to maintain best practice environments.Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should have:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments coupled with generalist networking skills.Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.Great attention to detail and time management skills.Experience working with an IT outsourcer or service provider (Desired).Must have a vehicle and full driver's license (Mandatory).BenefitsFirst Focus' values are based around keeping everyone informed, aligned, supported, and rewarding performance.
