In this role, you will work on both the front-end and back-end of web applications, designing and developing scalable and efficient systems.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement innovative features, and ensure the performance, security, and usability of applications.
If you're passionate about coding and building end-to-end solutions, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and deploy web applications across both front-end and back-end, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.Create dynamic, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) along with HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies.Build robust and scalable server-side applications using programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby, and integrate them with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.Collaborate with database administrators to manage and optimize databases, ensuring data consistency and performance.Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities, including user authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.
).Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring web applications are fast, responsive, and scalable.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and application reliability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack.Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Continuously improve development processes and practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).Strong back-end development skills in languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and understanding of database design and optimization.Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience working with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.Understanding of web security principles and experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize web applications for performance and scalability.Ability to design and implement technical solutions for complex challenges.Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and working with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues quickly.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Good communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for application hosting and deployment.Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.Join Trideca: Where Innovation Meets InclusivityAt Trideca, we're not just building cutting-edge solutions, we're cultivating a workplace that champions diversity, inclusivity, and continuous growth.
