They have recently secured a number of jobs across their Residential and Commercial division and are looking for a motivated and experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team.About the Role:Due to an exceptionally strong pipeline and project growth, we are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a highly reputable company.
Work alongside experienced Project Managers, Contracts Managers, and Site Managers.Duties:Progress claims, variations, and RFIsEstablish valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholdersReview and negotiate subcontract termsEnsure contract compliance with project specifications and regulationsGenerate reports on project progress, budgetary performance, and risksPrepare accurate and transparent Project Management reportsSkills and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similarAbility to organize, communicate, and display good time management skillsCapable of building strong work relationships with external clients and stakeholdersProven Contracts Administration experienceCulture:This company heavily invests their time in the training and development of their employees to ensure they are continually growing and progressing.
