As the Executive Manager – CTO Risk, you will lead the operational risk support function for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Your responsibilities will span risk advice, assurance, and decision approvals across engineering, architecture, end-user experience, hosting, and DevSecOps.
You will also monitor the implementation of risk frameworks and oversee emerging risks, control issues, and change management in alignment with regulatory requirements (CPS 220 and CPS 230).
What you need: Advanced knowledge in engineering, architecture, networks and hosting, and DevSecOps.
Preference for those who have come from an IT Audit background.
A proven ability to manage ambiguity and connect risks with business strategy.
Strong leadership experience in operational risk management with a trusted and pragmatic approach.
Excellent communication skills with a continuous learning mindset.
