Manager First Nations Development ProgramsCreative Australia is the Australian Government's principal arts investment and advisory body.
With artists at the heart of what we do, we invest in creative talent and stimulate the market for Australian stories to be told on a national and international scale, sharing our rich culture with the world.
Your role We're looking for someone who will harness their cultural expertise, professional networks, and program management skills to drive the long-term resilience and sustainability of our First Nations creative and cultural industries.
Design and manage programs Develop and oversee programs aligned to First Nations workforce development and training priorities.Scope, plan and refine programs and alumni activity, exploring partnership opportunities to maximise impact.Champion Digital Literacy Collaborate with the Industry Initiatives team to drive the development and delivery of a dedicated First Nations digital program to enhance digital literacy, digital ICIP and entrepreneurialism.
Strategic Advisory Provide high-level guidance to internal stakeholders to shape First Nations workforce and professional development and lead internal presentations to foster deeper understanding of First Nations protocols.
Contract and Budget Management Manage relevant program contracts and budgets, ensuring everything stays on track and is captured through well-prepared program documentation.
Outcome Evaluation Work with the evaluation team to measure, analyse, and report on program outcomes demonstrating the tangible impact of our initiatives.
What this means for you Salary of $110,812 per annum + 11.5% superannuation.
