This role is for an Adventurous Motel Manager.
Responsible for the daily operations of the venue and ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.
This includes effectively allocating work to and supervising employees in all frontline areas, as well as maintaining and complying with all safety, stock and equipment procedures.
Front desk and high service standards are key requirements for this role.

Do you measure up?
Are you an experienced Motel Manager with at least 2+ years experience, plus;Possess a strong work ethic and have excellent communication skillsA demonstrated passion for service and all things food and beverageSound knowledge of hotel industry and hospitality trendsThe ability to create, implement and monitor operational systems and proceduresStrong communication skills and professionalismA can-do attitudeAbout the role;
