Customer Service Manager

Full time My client is one of Australia's niche providers of supply chain services, currently experiencing significant growth in their dynamic and fast-paced industry sector. They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Manager to join their team in Western Sydney.
The position of Customer Service Manager will be responsible for leading a team of customer service staff, ensuring all customer-related enquiries are managed in a professional and efficient manner.
In addition to customer service, this position will have a focus on account management, administration duties, and working with the leadership team to ensure that business goals are being reached.
This is a genuine opportunity for someone seeking to further advance their career or take the next step in a management position.
The ideal candidate will have:
