We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Defence team to lead the coordination, creation, and delivery of all program activities, artifacts, and dependencies across the program lifecycle.
The role is based in our Canberra office and is a unique opportunity to manage a number of cloud transformation and IT integration projects and programs.
You will be responsible for:
Managing the program life cycle of complex ICT programs from inception to deployment.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
Monitoring program progress, managing risks, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Responding to RFI, RFQ, RFT, and EOI.
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
Experience delivering complex ICT programs, ideally in a Federal Government Agency context.
Experience and ability to manage multiple projects and/or work streams concurrently.
Ability to drive professional requirements and scoping sessions and reconcile technical requirements.
Understanding and experience in responding to RFQ, RFI, RFT, including reviewing requirements, coordinating input from various departments, and ensuring timely submission.
Experience successfully managing cross-functional teams to deliver required outcomes.
Flexibility to enjoy and thrive within a fast-paced, agile, and expanding scale-up environment.
NV1 Security Clearance.
