What You'll Do Working in the Group Technology Stores domain, the Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects within the Program, and management of the delivery team.
The Program Manager leads the delivery of business and technical change into our Store Digital environment.
Facilitate roadmap planning and prioritisation processes, and manage the delivery of the roadmap and capacity planning and resourcing of the program.Manage and drive engagement and dependencies across teams, and influence priorities with external teams.Remove obstacles, gain required support of senior stakeholders, guide the delivery team.Deliver programs, projects and initiatives within approved boundaries, including time, cost, quality and scope.Manage interdependencies and coordination across program/projects to ensure that information relating to deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated.Coordinate financial and resource forecasting and budgeting activities for the program/domain.What You'll Bring Strong relationship management, engagement, communication and presentation skills are essential in successfully implementing these initiatives and building collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders.A track record of delivery of business and technical change through agile and traditional methods.Solid experience delivering end-to-end programs, projects or initiatives in a multi-stakeholder environment.Strong financial management and planning to manage and deliver within large program and project budgets.Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence upwards and outwards.Prior leadership experience coaching and growing capabilities within the team.Strong communication skills in all formats.What You'll Experience Work from Anywhere - A progressive and flexible 'Work from Anywhere' policy.Team Discounts - Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands.Wellness - Access to Sonder for free confidential support for team members and their families.Support to explore new ideas, make brave commitments and innovate better ways to meet the food and everyday needs of more than 24 million customers every week.Grow with the Group As an inclusive, team-first company, our people are at the core of everything we do.
