Everyone knows everyone in the companyThe Position:Managing and assessing a portfolio of life insurance claims end to end (IP, Trauma and TPD) - both physical and psychologicalDay to day Liaison with doctors, rehabilitation providers and advisersInitiating claims investigationsRequesting medical and financial informationAbout You:Experience managing a case load of Life insurance claimsUnderstanding of medical terminologyMaking claim decisions according to your authority levelA passion for customer service and really making a difference in people's lives.A fun personality, the teams are very tight-knit and love to have a laugh in the office.Most importantly, an interest in pursuing a career in the Life Insurance field.Benefits:Competitive salary10% annual bonus2 days WFH, 3 days in modern Sydney CBD or Melbourne CBD office, flexibility where needed for the right candidateLife insurance qualification paid forCharity days, free educational courses, lifeline volunteering courses, free life insurance, discount on coles, woolies, hotel staysHow to Apply:If you feel you meet the above criteria for this role, please submit your resume via the 'Apply Now' link below.
