They need your strong technical skills and common-sense approach to trading administrations as much as we do.This role is ideal for both strong Supervisors looking to take the next step, as well as established Managers, keen to step out and take control of their careers.You will work closely with senior management on a wide range of corporate insolvency and restructuring appointments including Voluntary Administrations, Liquidations, Receiverships and Small Business Restructures, as well as informal engagements, such as Investigating Accountant's reviews and other transaction-related engagements.We want you to become part of our incredible team, featuring ASIC Registered Liquidators, experienced Managers, and talented Analysts, all dedicated to delivering impactful outcomes in insolvency and restructuring. Joining Hall Chadwick provides the opportunity to fast-track your career progression and professional development.We're proud to offer an attractive package, featuring:Regular team-building days, staff lunches and social events;Monthly massages;Opportunities to work on challenging and professionally interesting matters with our interstate and overseas offices;Strong mandate around marketing events and full support to maintain and grow your professional network;Paid parental leave; andStudy & exam leave financial support.We are open to speaking to the right candidates who are interstate or abroad, but looking to relocate to Melbourne.Key responsibilities of the role include:Co-ordinate and manage all assigned engagements.Manage and mentor junior staff, including delegation of tasks as appropriate.Implement your strong understanding of case law and statutory requirements for each type of formal insolvency appointment.Monitor and meet statutory deadlines.Confidently conduct interviews with directors and other stakeholders.Liaise with financiers, lawyers, agents and auctioneers.Design, develop and analyse financial models.Preparation and review of detailed financial analysis and investigative reports.Skills and Experiences:Ideally, you will have 4-5+ years of experience in Corporate Insolvency and you have started and/or completed your CA/CPA and ARITA studies.You will have strong Corporate Insolvency experience, managing a portfolio of files and junior staff, liaising with creditors/stakeholders and experience in all types of external administration assignments.Enjoy networking and meeting new potential referrers to the organisation.Your application will include the following questions:How many years of accounting experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Have you worked in a role which requires experience with financial analysis and modelling?How many years of insolvency accounting experience do you have?Have you completed a chartered accountant (CA) qualification?How many years' experience do you have as an Insolvency Manager?What's your expected annual base salary?
