Full timeAnglicare are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent Fundraising Coordinator to join our Fundraising team.
The Fundraising Coordinator will be the friendly and helpful face/voice that connects with our supporters, internal stakeholders and the public through various channels, such as email, mail and phone.
This role will also be responsible for managing our supporter relationship database (Raisers Edge & Fundraising), ensuring that our data is accurate/reliable and coordinating the operational components of our Direct Mail program and donor communications.Your role in supporting Anglicare will include:Ensure donor information is appropriately captured in the database and the database is regularly maintained.Process and receipt donations.Analyse information from the database, and identify fundraising opportunities.Produce reports and appeal analytics as required and prepare mailing lists for donor communications.Segment the database to ensure activities are appropriately targeted to different audiences.Liaise with donors via phone or email and record personal information provided to enhance donor relationship capacity.Liaise with the technical support for the database and work with Accounts Receivable for monthly and end of financial year reconciliations.Daily receipting and banking activities, including liaison with the Finance team and broader Anglicare teams as necessary.Draft and dispatch thank you letters for appeals and other fundraising activities.Nurture strong relationships with potential and existing donors via phone and email, with recording of all interactions on donor database.Create strong working relationships with internal Anglicare stakeholders, through a mature and solutions focused approach and communication style.Answering telephone enquiries from the 1300 Fundraising line and all incoming enquiries from the inbox.What you will bring to the roleDemonstrated high level customer service experience or previous work experience in donor relations/stakeholder engagement.Previous experience working with Raisers Edge or other CRM/relationship database systems (preferred but not essential)Previous experience with CMS programs/software, or the ability to quickly learn online software systems.Excellent verbal and written communication, particularly with spelling, grammar, and data entry.Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment, multi-tasking and working to deadlines.Previous administration experience including answering phones, emails and post.An open driver's license, with the ability to drive in Brisbane and surrounding regions.Successful candidates will also need to provide a National Police Certificate.Interested?Click apply and send us your current resume.For further information please contactDaniel Walsh - Corporate Recruitment AdvisorPhone: 07 3838 7669Anglicare Southern Queensland is committed to the health and safety of our workforce.
