Key Responsibilities : Lead the annual budgeting process and implement monthly forecasting tools to identify and manage key business drivers.Build dynamic financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and growth strategies.Monitor and analyse performance metrics, ensuring alignment with financial goals and long-term objectives.Maintain and refine multi-year strategic planning models.Analysis & Insights : Deliver actionable financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making.Identify key variances between actuals, budget, and forecasts, providing recommendations to senior leadership.Collaborate with operational teams to identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.Support pricing and product scenario analysis to assess business impact.Strategic Collaboration : Partner with the Head of Finance on long-term strategic initiatives.Work cross-functionally with key teams across business development, operations, and technology to drive performance.Provide financial leadership in evaluating new markets, products, and partnership opportunities.Reporting & Processes : Support the preparation of detailed financial reports for management and board review.Drive improvements in reporting processes and leverage tools such as Power BI to enhance accuracy and efficiency.Requirements : Hold a Bachelor's degree and CA / CPA / CFA qualification (or equivalent).5+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance function with a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proven experience using visualisation tools and building financial models (essential).Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.Results driven, proactive and thrives in leveraging data and technology to make crucial business decisions.Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing business, working with a passionate team dedicated to making a meaningful impact.
