With Bendigo Bank… and you.About the opportunityJoin our Lending Practice technology teamLending is fundamental to BEN's success and having a robust and highly flexible end-to-end lending platform is critical.The Lending Practice is delivering the foundational building blocks for how we do loan originations, credit assessments through to collateral and document management, fulfilment and servicing. By replacing existing, aging legacy lending technology, we will simplify the process for business banking, retailers and 3rd party brokers.In this role you'll get to…Evaluate existing Salesforce and nCino system including managed packages and integrated systems to identify gaps and recommend enhancement and new featuresWork with data migrations, data validation, and reporting requirements ensuring data quality and consistency within platformsMaintain detailed documentation, including business processes, user stories and iterate over the documentation to ensure accuracy.Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for developers and project teamWork to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption and higher proficiency on change impacted on personnel in the organization for business results to be achievedWhat you'll bring to the roleTo be successful in the role you will have:Demonstrated experience as a Technical Business Analyst in Salesforce/nCino domainProven Salesforce/nCino implementation experience for financial servicesSolid knowledge of relevant technology concepts (e.g. cloud, API, microservices and relevant legacy technologies i.e. mainframe, client-server, relational databases, and web-based architectures)Business analysis experience including experience with Business Process Re-engineering/improvement techniques (e.g. TQM, Six Sigma, Lean)Understanding of E2E lifecycle of Lending business processesProven time management and organisation skills to prioritize workload and meet critical deadlinesSo, why work with us?Want big impact that matters?
