This key role will drive the development of pricing solutions that adapt to client buying behaviours and market conditions for new business, expansion, and renewal pursuits.Snapshot of the role:Commercial Pricing & ModellingLead or oversee large-scale bids in the local Australasia market and regional bids if applicable.Develop the commercial strategy and approach for major single or multi-x bids.Own and be accountable for the pricing strategy from end to end.Specialize in multiple product pricing strategies and have a strong understanding of each service line, platform, and value proposition.Collaborate with in-country teams and various cross functions (Solutions & Proposals, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)) and provide guidance and challenge to internal teams on our solutioning and pricing/cost inputs.Manage multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering is suitable to meet both our requirements and those of the client.Build models to simulate various profit and loss scenarios as part of Commercial Review Board (CRB) sign-off.Lead CRB deal reviews and presentations on the Commercial Core and P&Ls.Work with business leaders, Pursuit Lead, and Commercial Strategy team to understand and mitigate the risks and opportunities around deals.Develop simplified storyboard to aid in win-price strategy.Participate in client-facing deal negotiation and presentation, as applicable.People ManagementManage the pricing team and lead them to excellence through coaching, feedback, and recognition.Elevate and enhance the individual and team knowledge and understanding of our industry and JLL.Promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork.Maintain active succession planning.OthersDrive continuous improvement in commercial processes and tools.Requirements:Tertiary education in Business, Finance, Commerce, or equivalent.8 to 10 years of experience in pricing and commercial modeling for complex outsourcing contracts.2 to 3 years of people management experience.Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.Confident in client-facing and board-level situations.Advanced Excel skills and commercial acumen.Ability to interpret complex financial situations and explain them to diverse stakeholders.Experience in the commercial real estate industry is highly advantageous.What you can expect from us:Great employee discounts off fitness & other renowned brands.Active Social Club.Well-being program.Paid time off for volunteer work.Career Opportunities with Australia's #1 Commercial Real Estate firm.Premium offices.Hybrid/flexible working.As an organization, we don't just accept that we are a place of many different people, but we embrace it, we celebrate it, and we proactively support the needs that difference brings.
