SENIOR FULL STACK ENGINEER LARAVEL | REACT | TYPESCRIPT | AWS
About: My client provides a SaaS platform that helps retailers streamline their operations and enhance their digital presence globally.
They partner with major global organizations to offer a suite of services that enable retailers to:
Optimize their digital channels: This includes managing online stores, social media, and other digital platforms.
Leverage data and analytics: To gain insights into customer behavior and make data-driven decisions.
Improve operational efficiency: By automating tasks and streamlining processes.
The company's platform is built on a robust technology stack, including cloud-based infrastructure, data pipelines, and machine learning algorithms.
The new project will be building new features on some of the extensions dealing with global tech giants (Google, Meta, Youtube, and more).
Tech stack: PHP, Laravel, React/Typescript, AWS, Docker, PHPunit, Event Driven Architecture.
Salary: Negotiable WFH: Fully remote (Only within Australia) Status: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Type: SaaS | Product | PaaS Building: Platforms, products, DevOps infrastructure and extending functionalities.
About the Role: Looking for multiple Senior engineers (either backend OR full stack) with in-depth experience in backend programming from planning, designing, developing, testing, and deployment.
Building new features for Laravel APIs and React/Typescript Frontend functionality for the platform.
Heavily involved in AWS.
Event Driven Architecture.
Unit Testing on PHPunit or Test Driven Development (TDD).
Working on high-performance platform enhancements, extensions, APIs, and adding new customized features.
Collaborating with management and development team to drive best practices in software development.
Creating new ideas and bringing them to the table
Opportunity to work on heavy backend development with the latest frameworks and rolling out deployments to live production.
Key Requirements: Ideally 8 years of experience or more in the industry focusing on backend software architecture.
Experience with PHP v7.x and v8.x (Need at least 7+ years experience) Experience with Laravel x6 - x10 (Need at least 5+ years experience) React/Typescript experience SOLID Principles & Design Patterns (important) Docker MySQL Event Driven Architecture.
(AWS) Amazon Web Services Relevant qualifications in Software Engineering/Development Understanding and knowledge of unit tests and functional tests Understanding of modern software design practices Solid technical skills, both functional and non-functional, manual and automation, ideally in a continuous delivery environment.
Experience in writing SQL queries Bonus if you're experienced in IaC (Infrastructure as code - Terraform, Kubernetes, CloudFormation).
