Our services and solutions include Data and Analytics (Snowflake, Databricks, Martech, Analytics), Digital Experience (Salesforce, Headless Commerce, UI/UX), and Engineering and Application Services (Application Modernization, Greenfield Apps, Portal Buildout, etc.
).
We are seeking an Analyst to work with our clients to enhance and execute their experimentation, personalization, test & learn, and conversion rate optimization programs.
This role requires a person who can initiate, build, and manage the A/B testing process, working closely with our clients' stakeholders and the Concord internal team.
Deep knowledge of A/B testing, digital marketing, personalization, CDPs, user experience, analytics, and a strong focus on project management are needed to be successful.
What you will be doing Design and execute product and marketing experiments using A/B testing best practicesProvide statistically rigorous analysis while efficiently managing the entire process from idea generation to test execution, completion, analysis, and documentationMaintain the operational status of testing queues, monitor roadmaps, test schedules, in-flight tests, and provide recommendations to Product and Marketing teamsInterpret data in a way that leads to actionable strategiesUse innovative solutions to address our clients requests, understand their goals to align test setup and optimization, and find dynamic solutions for our clients' needsUtilize analytics tools to track customer activity and progress in the optimization/testing areaMeasure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); optimize key metrics across the campaign lifecycle.Evaluate emerging technologies.
Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.What we are looking for 2+ years of digital marketing or A/B testing experienceStrong knowledge of A/B testing platforms and solid testing principlesExperience developing and working with A/B and multivariate testing to draw conclusions that add value to the bottom lineExperience with Monetate, APT, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, or Braze is preferredKnowledge of data analysis and storytelling: Tableau, SQL, Databricks, Looker, GA4, BigQuery, and Python experience is a plusStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExceptionally organized with the ability to multi-task on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and flawless customer-centric focusBS/BA in Statistics, Marketing, Psychology, UX, or Business or related fieldsA love for data, and sound belief in its possibilities.Additional information Employment type: Long-term full-time role.Location: Prefer candidates located in Kansas City (Hybrid Flex: 1-2 days on-site, but flexible).
