Some of your Key Responsibilities: Work unsupervised in a multitask environment.
Be a strong team player.
Attention to detail and proven ability to prioritize workload and have a good work ethic and attitude.
Maintain a clean loading dock, willing to accept additional duties as required by manager.
Ensures that all receipts, issues and transfers are processed daily and accurately.
Verify invoice details & documents accompanying the items as per local statutory requirements.
Prepare a list of invoices submitted to Accounts Payable (in sequence).
Ensure items are sent to the respective operation area if urgently required or send to individual stores.
Maintain the General Store Supplies on a FIFO (First in First Out) System.
Participates in monthly stock take.
Ensure cleaning schedule for receiving area is prepared and enforced to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
Assumes any other duties as assigned.
