We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and talented Industrial Technician to join our team as a Field Service Technician in Sydney.
This is a hands-on customer service role that requires a self-motivated and customer-focused individual.
The role will help to deliver NSW support – including contract repair, preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency breakdown services for Dematic customers in the Sydney region.
The position will require participation in the rotating on-call roster and must be flexible to work overtime on weekends as required.
This is a permanent day shift position.
Aufgaben und Qualifikationen :
In order to be successful in this role, you must have experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving equipment faults, be customer-focused, and ensure high-quality service and output is delivered.
Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications & experience:
Trade qualified in Mechanical or Electrical (mandatory) PLC experience (desirable but not required) Experience in automation (conveyors) and material handling equipment highly regarded Experience in computerized maintenance systems (CMMS) Experience in pneumatic systems Ability to work unsupervised, make decisions, and be results-driven Strong understanding of OHS requirements and adopt safe work practices Current driver's license Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills The ability to develop and maintain effective ongoing relationships A positive attitude and an improvement mindset An attractive remuneration package with outstanding overtime opportunities is on offer, as well as unmatched career development opportunities.
